Hi Chris. Its wise to keep an eye on bilharzia as quite a few paddlers get it. We don't insist on inoculations but we advise on health issues

Great piece of camerawork and trail running following Sbonelo down saddles. The best piece of footage I have ever seen to give an idea of what Dusi portaging is really like.
